REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY TERMS
On the3x2.com, orders are delivered to cargo within an average of 2-3 working days. The delivery time of the cargos varies according to the distance, but it is an average of 2 - 5 working days.
For orders placed on public holidays and weekends, the processing time is the following business days.
For returns and exchanges sent within 30 days of receiving the product, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
Currently, as 3x2, we only work with MNG Cargo, but we continue to work to include other cargo companies as soon as possible :)
Unpaid returns are not accepted.
Returns of products that comply with the return procedures will be made within 5 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for your fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.
When the product you want to exchange reaches our warehouse, the exchange process is carried out within 2-3 working days and the product is delivered to the cargo.
After your exchange order is delivered to the cargo, you can track it via the cargo tracking SMS sent to your mobile phone.
You can check whether the products you sent with a change/return request have arrived at our warehouse, from the tracking number on the warehouse receipt slip given by the cargo company.
The products you have purchased are sent to the addresses within the shipping zones of MNG Cargo. Delivery cannot be made to addresses outside the shipping zone.
